AI Productivity Workshops on January 19
The Swift Current and District Chamber of Commerce is hosting a half day seminar on AI learning led by Randy Klassen, CFRE. Randy specializes in helping organizations use AI to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and reduce day-to-day workload.
The morning session will introduce practical AI skills that professionals can use immediately. Participants will see how tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, and Gemini can simplify tasks such as emails, reports, research, and planning.
Participants will learn
• Practical AI tools that support daily work
• How to prepare and load documents for better results
• Techniques for writing clear, effective prompts
• How to apply AI to HR manuals, board minutes, grant writing, and operational workflows
• Ways to reduce repetitive work and increase organizational efficiency
