  “David Atkins has been a Portfolio Manager at Value Partners Investments (VPI) since 2014 and manages the VPI Canadian Equity Pool with over $900 million in assets. David has consistently demonstrated his ability to grow capital through the ownership of profitable businesses acquired at attractive prices.  Prior to VPI, David spent 10 years at an investment counselling firm managing assets for private clients and institutional investors.  Prior to that he was the Manager of Pension Investments for a major telecom company as well as a U.S. Financial Analyst for a North American wealth management company.  David holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of Manitoba and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.”
